  • Kelsey Miller

I was really drawn to Lewis & Clark specifically because of the social justice focus, my interview with Lana Kim, and that the application process seemed to put so many social justice concepts into play especially re: gender identity and pronouns.

  • Miranda DeVore, Secondary Art MAT '15

I chose to earn my MAT from Lewis & Clark because when talking with family friends who were local educators and administrators they shared their hiring preference for Lewis & Clark grads. They noted their classroom and community readiness because of the strong social justice and collaborative teaching stance that Lewis & Clark candidates come with.
