TransActive delivers solution-centered, evidence-based programming and instruction exploring a wide spectrum of topics relating to the lives of those who identify as transgender and gender-expansive.

TransActive’s trainings focus on the complex personal, social, cultural, medical, and legal challenges faced by gender diverse youth, adults, and their families.


TransActive Offers:

  • Gender Identity and Development: Grow the skills and knowledge necessary to better understand, support, and identify with fellow coworkers, community members, and those you serve

  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop or review new and existing policies/procedures related to gender diversity, equity, and inclusion

  • Legal Rights of Transgender Students and Employees: Better understand local, state, and federal protections for transgender, nonbinary, and otherwise gender-expansive students, employees, and those your serve

  • Consultation and Advising: Consultation services around policy/procedure development and review, strategic planning, leadership advising, and more.
