Tuition & Payment
Each course in the certificate program is worth 1 semester hour credit.
Tuition is payable on a semester by semester basis and should accompany course registration. You will receive billing notifications from and make payments for courses through Student Account Services once you have registered.
If you have questions about payments or your account, contact Student and Departmental Account Services at accountservices@lclark.edu.
Dropping a Course
Drops completed before the Add/Drop Period ends each term can be done in Self-Service. View the Add/Drop Period dates. To drop a course after the Add/Drop Period ends, students must complete the CE Course Drop Form. Please contact ccecerts@lclark.edu with questions. Ceasing to attend a class, whether or not you have notified the instructor, does not relieve you of this responsibility. After the first day of class, a $25 late drop fee will be assessed and tuition will be prorated according to the tuition refund schedule. Course fees are nonrefundable.
Inactive Status
Students who remain unenrolled for more than 12 months, whether following an approved leave of absence or without one, will be inactivated and required to apply for readmission. Students must meet program requirements in effect at the time of readmission.
Leave of Absence or Withdrawal
Students taking a leave of absence or withdrawing from the program must complete the LOA/Withdrawal Form, even if instructors or staff have been notified.
