I am a counselor, art therapist, educator, supervisor, and researcher. I have extensive knowledge and experience treating and educating others about obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I am passionate about mental health advocacy and improving the training of therapists.
I am currently working in a specialized private practice focused on the treatment of OCD and related disorders such as trichotillomania. Prior to this, I have worked in a residential facility for teens and adults with OCD, inpatient and outpatient settings within a large psychiatric hospital, a grief support center, the VA Hospital, and a day center for adults with disabilities.
Additional interests: baking, swimming, piano, body liberation/fat activism, travel, pickling/fermenting/preserving, gardening, the Oregon coast, and cats
