Graduate Information Sessions

The Graduate School offers information sessions in order to ensure prospective graduate students can access the information that they need when and how it works best for them. Attending an info session is the best way to find out if our programs are a good fit for you.

Attend an Information Session

We encourage all prospective graduate students to begin their journey by attending an information session. Info sessions are excellent opportunities to learn more about each program, or to compare similar programs, in an informal and conversational setting.
Admissions-led info sessions are facilitated by a Graduate Admissions Counselor who can also provide expert advice regarding the admissions process, expectations for admission, and how to fund your graduate education.
Faculty-led Info Sessions/Open Houses provide an opportunity for prospective graduate students who have decided on a program to meet the program director and/or program faculty to learn final details about the academic experience and to ask any lingering questions prior to beginning their application.

  • Admissions-led info sessions are offered year-round. Faculty-led info sessions are held in the fall only.
  • All sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Times shown are Pacific. Registration for each information session closes 3 hours before the session.
  • In person and virtual options available.

Art Therapy Open Studio Sessions

Studio Process Sessions are free and open to the public. Facilitators are Lewis & Clark Faculty, staff, Art Therapy Students and alumni. We invite members of the community to join us.

Participants can choose to join Open Studio sessions in person at the Graduate School campus or virtually via Zoom.

Representatives from the graduate school also host and attend recruiting events in the Pacific Northwest and other parts of the country.

If there are no info sessions currently scheduled, you may schedule an appointment with an Admissions Representative. You can also reach out to a current student
