We all experience setbacks and challenges, and we all benefit from the support of others who genuinely have our well-being in mind. Reaching out for help is itself a courageous step, and already part of the healing.

We thrive in caring relationships. I bring a person-centered, relational approach to counseling — one that nurtures curiosity, safety, and presence. Together we’ll work on the concerns that matter most to you, in service of the life you want to live.

I believe our values are among our strongest allies as we navigate difficulty and explore new territory within ourselves. Part of healing is learning to be with difficult thoughts and feelings — without being driven by them. That’s easier when you’re not alone.

I work especially with people navigating problem gambling, addiction, and the quieter struggles that often go unspoken. I also hold in mind that our struggles don’t happen in a vacuum — they’re shaped by family, culture, and the systems we live within.
