
Anya is a school psychologist who completed her Educational Specialist degree in school psychology at Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling in 2016. She is currently working in the Beaverton School District as a building school psychologist and cultural consultant. Her professional interests include culturally responsive practices and working alongside students and families from historically marginalized backgrounds. As a cultural consultant, Anya works with building and district level teams to address the overidentification of specific populations in special education through meaningful conversations around shifts in beliefs and practices. In her free time, Anya enjoys traveling, running, and drinking good coffee.
