Christopher E. and Mardra M. Jay Opportunity Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 2006 through the generosity of many faculty and staff donors to the Graduate School of Education and Counseling. In 2011 a lead gift was provided by Board Trustee Christopher E. Jay, BS ’72, and his wife Mardra M. Jay to endow the fund. The scholarship supports students at the Graduate School with demonstrated financial need, with preference to students from a disadvantaged background and/or from an under-represented population.
