Alice “Peggy” Ewer Halsey ’39 Scholarship

Peggy Ewer, ’39, enrolled in Albany College before it was located on the Fir Acres Estate which would become Lewis & Clark College.  Because she received a scholarship as a student that allowed her to obtain an education she otherwise would not have afforded, she arranged, through her estate the establishment of this scholarship in the Graduate School of Education and Counseling. The scholarship supports students with demonstrated financial need.
