Watzek will be open continuously from Reading Days through the end of finals.

PBS is streaming Classroom 4, which captures the transformative Inside-Out course taught by Professor Reiko Hillyer, where students break down the walls imposed by incarceration to study, connect, and change each other.

Lewis & Clark Law School has introduced live captioning in every classroom—enhancing accessibility and inclusion for all students. What began as a project to support hearing-impaired learners is now transforming how the entire community engages and connects.

Come rally in support of our immigrant community members by donating a Christmas gift! Let’s show our community partners that L&C is here to bring some joy and hope this holiday season. PCUN’s Donation Cut-Off Date is December 18th, 2025.

The Office of Equity and Inclusion is excited to share with you our fall newsletter. We invite you to read on to catch up on our recent activities and to learn more about news and events planned for the upcoming months. We are genuinely excited to continue working alongside of the L&C community to foster a truly diverse and inclusive campus environment every day.

Case Management Staff and the Office of Inclusion and Multicultural Engagement (IME) have created a Shared Emergency Food Pantry Resource to assist any Lewis and Clark community member who may be experiencing issues/delays with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Benefits or who needs general food assistance.

On November 4, Information Technology will launch a new guest Wi-Fi network named LC Guest, to eventually replace the current PIONET Guest network. The PIONET Guest network will be turned off on January 5, 2026.

Be sure your cell phone is registered with the L&C emergency alert system so that you don’t miss this important safety exercise.

Celebrate Hispanic-Latine Heritage Month with novels, stories, plays, and memoirs from Watzek’s collection, selected in collaboration with Inclusion and Multicultural Engagement!  All books are available for check out.

This large symphonic choir welcomes students, faculty, staff, and alumni from all three schools—plus friends and community members. 

Lewis & Clark’s Mascot Advisory and Selection Committee―made up of students, staff, faculty, and alumni―announced some hotly anticipated news this week: the mascot finalists!

Bike Posse is a low-key, convivial group of staff and faculty (CAS, GSEC, and Law) who leisurely ride to campus together over the Sellwood bridge and through Riverview Cemetery.
