Community Partnerships and Outreach
The Community Counseling Center is dedicated to forming partnerships with organizations in the Portland metro area, Oregon, and throughout the nation. The Center offers affordable and available mental and relational health services to the community and could be a valuable resource for many organizations in the region. Some partnerships the Center has created with community organizations, agencies, and government offices:
- Beaverton Municipal Court - Beaverton Sobriety Opportunity for Beginning Recovery (B-SOBR) Program
- Returning Veterans Program - Serving post 9/11 veterans, service members, and their families.
- Walla Walla University’s School of Nursing (Portland Campus)- Serving nursing students
- Portland United Against Hate - The Center is establishing itself as a Point of Contact for individuals and families who have been targets of hate in the community
